Multi-Pleat Green13™
The Koch Multi-Pleat GREEN 13 is a high efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter, engineered to provide higher initial efficiencies and better overall performance than standard pleated filters.
The Multi-Pleat GREEN 13 carries a MERV 13 fractional efficiency rating in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2. The MERV 13 efficiency rating meets the air filtration efficiency criteria required to earn points toward certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.
The MERV 13 efficiency ratings provided by the Multi-Pleat GREEN 13make the filter an excellent upgrade from disposable filters and ordinary pleated filters in applications such as hospitals, laboratories and pharmaceutical plants, commercial office buildings, and in any system in which a higher degree of clean air is required.
Multi-Sak Extended Surface “Bag” Filters
The Koch Multi-Sak is an extended surface air filter designed for most medium and high efficiency air filtration systems. EPA 319 approved Multi-Saks with standard headers, and self-sealing configurations, are also available.
Multi-Sak Filters are available with two media choices, Synthetic or Microfiberglass. The Multi-Sak is capable of operating in systems with rated face velocities of 500 CFM to 3000 CFM. Available efficiencies range from 20% to 95%, and seven standard face sizes are offered.

Multi-Flo Extended Surface Rigid Filters
The Koch Multi-Flo is a rigid, extended surface air filter engineered to provide medium and high efficiency air filtration, and long filter life cycles. The Multi-Flo, because of its rigid, durable construction, is capable of operating in a wide variety of air handling systems, and is an excellent product for variable-air-volume (V.A.V.) applications where changes in airflow might render a non-rigid filter ineffective.
Multi-Flo Extended Surface Filters are available with two media choices, Synthetic or Microfiberglass.
MicroMAX Minipleat Filter
The Koch MicroMAX is an extended surface minipleat filter designed for use in a wide variety of air filtration systems. The MicroMAX offers a unique combination of high efficiency and low pressure drop making it the ideal filter for use in any standard HVAC system. The added advantages of its compact 4″ depth and lightweight-yet-rigid construction also give the MicroMAX unsurpassed capability to perform in more specialized and difficult applications. MicroMAX Filters are available with standard beverage board frames or with galvanized steel frame. Steel framed MicroMAX filters are available with no header or with a single upstream header.
Multi-Cell Extended Surface Filter
The Koch Multi-Cell is a high efficiency, extended surface air filter designed for use in HVAC applications of all types. Rigid construction makes the Multi-Cell a superior filter in variable-air-volume (VAV) systems, or in any application where extreme conditions require additional filter strength and reliability.
Multi-Cell HT for High Temperature Applications
Multi-Cell HT filters are constructed with aluminized steel frames designed for operation in applications with temperatures ranging from 350° to 900°, and are ideal for use in paint ovens where high temperatures may cause galvanized steel to scale or flake. Each filter has aluminized steel faceguards on both sides to protect the media against damage in shipping, handling, and actual operation. Two standard sizes, 24x24x12 and 12x24x12, are available in two efficiencies, 90-95% and 60-65%. The media used in all HT filters is the same type used in standard Multi-Cells. The media pack (which consists of nonflammable glass fiber media and aluminum separators) is secured within the frame by a special sealant which contains no silicone or other component which may be harmful to the painting process.
DuraMAX 4V & 4VS Style Minipleat Filter
The DuraMAX is a rigid, extended surface air filter, engineered to provide maximum performance and prolonged filter life cycles, even in the most difficult environments. The durable, rugged, construction of the DuraMAX make it the filter of choice in filtration systems with high velocities or variable air volumes. DuraMAX Filters are constructed with a 100% plastic frame and are completely incinerable.
DuraMAX provides an unequaled combination of low pressure drop and high efficiency through the use of our unique minipleat design. This high capacity minipleat design allows a nominal 24x24x12 filter to incorporate 194 square feet of filter media. This increased extension of the media surface area insures low pressure drop, and low resistance to airflow means lower energy costs to the user.
Another benefit of the increased media area is extremely high Dust Holding Capacity, which significantly prolongs the service life of the filter. Fewer filter changes translate into substantially reduced maintenance and disposal costs.
The DuraMAX 4V are available in five ASHRAE efficiencies — 65, 75, 85, 95 and 98%.
The DuraMAX 4VS is available in 98%.
These filters are offered in three standard sizes — 24x24x12, 20x24x12 and 12x24x12. Single or double header configurations are available.
DuraMAX 2v High Efficiency Minipleat Filter
The DuraMAX 2v is an extended surface air filter engineered to provide maximum performance and prolonged filter lifecycles in office buildings, hospitals, paint booths and all types of commercial and industrial HVAC applications. The DuraMAX 2v is completely incinerable after use.
What makes the DuraMAX 2v unique and different? The new 2v design offers all the benefits of our other high performance minipleat filters, but contains approximately 110 ft2 of filter media. The reduced media area makes the 2v model an economical alternative in applications where a minipleat filter is desired but initial purchase price is of utmost concern.
Duo-Cube Extended Surface Synthetic Media Filters
Koch Duo-Cube filters are medium efficiency, extended surface filters constructed of 100% synthetic fibers. In order to meet the requirements found in various air handling systems, Duo-Cubes are offered in three styles; Standard, Self-Seal, and 3 Ply. All three designs are engineered to provide an excellent combination of efficiency and extended filter life cycles. Standard Duo-Cube: * Fits existing cube-type baskets with no modification to equipment. * Scrim backing provides durability and rigidity. * Constructed with 100% progressively dense synthetic media. * Superior dust holding capacity provides long filter life.

Koch Multi-45 filter cartridges are manufactured from Ultrafine Fiberglass medium and formed into deep, pleated pockets. These cartridges are designed to fit original equipment frame work without modification.
Fiberglass Air Filter Media Rolls and Pads
Koch Supergrade Fiberglass Air Filter Media is available in a wide range of pad and roll sizes. Because all air filtration systems are different, one standard media cannot meet every requirement. With three media depths to choose from it is possible to find the right media for any fiberglass application. Contact your Koch representative for recommendations on your system.
Automatic Roll Filters
Koch Automatic Rolls are available in two grades of glass fiber media (GD, GHD), and three grades of synthetic media (P, ST, and MD). All five styles consist of progressively dense media and adhesive to enhance dust holding capacity. A full-width integral scrim backing on every roll provides protection against “necking” and fiber break-off. Koch Automatic Rolls are available with cores to fit, without modification, all popular brands of original equipment including AAF, Farr, BLC, Continental and many others.
MicroSafe Antimicrobial-Treated Air Filters
The filter media utilized in all MicroSafe products is treated with a highly specialized antimicrobial agent designed to effectively control microbial growth, such as mold, fungus, mildew, and bacteria, on contact. This capability to control such a wide range of micro-organisms makes the MicroSafe line an excellent frontline barrier in the effort to achieve improved Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

Koch Commercial & Industrial Disposable Panels are economical air filters designed for light-to-medium duty air filtration applications. Koch C&I Disposables are constructed for high performance and durability:
Fiberglass Media – Standard C&I Disposables are constructed with high grade progressively dense glass fibers. The air entry side is composed of open coarse fibers, while the air exit side is made up of tighter fibers. This dual density media configuration allows for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance.
Polyester Media – C&I Disposables are also available with optional polyester filter media, a dual-layered high performance media for applications where synthetic filter media is specified.
Multi-Test Replacement Cartridge

SprayStop FG™

SprayStop FG is designed specifically for economical Paint Overspray collection. The media is approximately 2” thick and is constructed of thousands of continuous filament glass fibers formed into a progressively dense blanket or pad. This graduated density forces paint particles to permeate the entire filter pad from back to front. Full depth loading provides longer service life and less downtime.
The upstream side of SprayStop FG is white in color, while the downstream side is tinted green to insure correct installation.

The progressive density design of the 550 media is enhanced with a specially formulated tackifier; to prevent particle migration and provide exceptional efficiency above five microns.
The DUO-PAK 40, 1 ply configuration, which utilizes a tackified single density polyester media, offers an economical alternative for applications where high dust holding capacity in a primary filter is required.

Multi-Pleat HT filters are constructed with a medium efficiency extended surface media element secured in an aluminized steel enclosure frame.
The media element is composed of a specifically formulated, extended surface glass microfiber, designed to provide superior performance without degr adation in high temperature systems. The media element is bonded to the entire interior surface of the frame to eliminate air bypass, and the radial design of each pleat insures total media utilization. The media element is supported downstream by a high temperature expanded metal grid.
This media element is enclosed in a frame constructed of 24g aluminized steel. The aluminized construction ensures against flaking during operation in high temperature applications.

DuraGlove Cube Prefilter
- The DuraGlove Prefilter is designed to prolong the lifecycle or the DuraMAX 4v Final Filter in reverse-mount installations.
- Reverse-mount installations, in which DuraMAX 4v Final Filters are installed with the “Vs” as the air entry side, are common in the inlet housings where limited space makes it difficult to install a separate bank of prefilters.

OdorKleen ES Carbon Filter
The Koch OdorKleen ES is an extended surface pleated panel.
The filter media utilized in OdorKleen ES panels is a dual purpose multi-layer product, designed to collect airborne particulate and remove odors and other gasses from the air stream.
100% mechanical media provides high efficiency, excellent dust holding capacity throughout the filter’s lifecycle with a MERV 8 performance rating before and after conditioning steps when tested in accordance to ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2-2007. The upstream layer provides an efficiency rating of 70% for 3 to 10 micrometers. The downstream odor removal layer is impregnated with carbon media for absorption of volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) from the air stream. This carbon media carries a minimum activation of 60%, insuring high odor absorption efficiency, and extended lifecycles between filter changes.
OdorKleen 250 Carbon Filter
OdorKleen 250 offers superior performance in gas and odor adsorption, as well as excellent particulate filtration. This “combination” product contains 250gsm of carbon product attached to a high efficiency cotton-polyester media.
The Gas-Phase Filtration Media layer is based on the Celbond Particulate Structures (CPS) technology, which suspends activated carbon in a uniform distribution throughout a tightly bonded three dimensional network of biocomponent fibers.
The media layer used to capture the particulate contaminants is made up of a cotton-polyester blend that is attached to the carbon media. The combination of the two distinct medias give the filter an efficiency rating of MERV 8, while maintaining a low pressure drop unlike competitors’ products.
DuraKleen Carbon Filter for Gas Phase Filtration
Another Koch product widely used for odor and VOC removal is the DuraKleen High Efficiency Gas Phase Filter. DuraKleen an extended surface carbon filter which utilizes a unique technology known as Cellbond Particulate Structure to encase carbon media within a multiple layers of fibers. This unique media construction offers high efficiency, lower pressure drop, little or no dusting, and extended filter lifecycles.
Made-to-Order Special Size Commercial and Industrial Disposable Panel Filters
Koch Special Size Commercial & Industrial Disposable Panels are economical air filters designed for light-to-medium duty air filtration applications. Koch C&I Disposables are constructed for high performance and durability.
Fiberglass Media – Standard C&I Disposables are constructed with high grade progressively dense glass fibers. The air entry side is composed of open coarse fibers, while the air exit side is made up of tighter fibers. This dual density media configuration allows for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance.
Polyester Media – C&I Disposables are also available with optional polyester filter media, a dual-layered high performance media for applications where synthetic filter media is specified.
Metal Washable Filters
Steel Construction – Koch All-Steel Filters are designed for a wide range of uses and can be used 300-600 FPM. The media consists of crimped wire and expanded metal cloth which provides superior dust catching ability. This media is enclosed in a durable metal frame.Koch Steel Filters are completely washable and are available in a wide range of sizes in depths of 1″, 2″ and 4″. They are offered with or without handles.
Aluminum Construction – Koch All-Aluminum Filters offer all the advantages of the standard metal filter with the added advantage of being extremely lightweight. The filters consist of aluminum cloth secured by expanded aluminum mesh. This media has excellent dirt holding properties because of its large surface area. A durable all-aluminum frame encloses the media and provides long lasting support for the filter. They are totally washable and are available in a wide range of sizes in depths of 1″, 2″ and 4″.
MMulti-Pleat XL8 – MERV 8 Extended Surface Pleated Panel Filters
The Koch Multi-Pleat XL8 is a medium efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter, engineered to provide higher initial efficiencies and better overall performance than standard pleated filters.
The Multi-Pleat XL8 carries a MERV 8 fractional efficiency rating in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2. The filter will also provide an Initial Dust Spot Efficiency of 39%, and an Average Dust Spot Efficiency of 35-45% in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.1.
The MERV 8 efficiency ratings provided by the Multi-Pleat XL8 make the filter an excellent upgrade from disposable filters and ordinary pleated filters in applications such as hospital, laboratories and pharmaceutical plants, commercial office building, and in any system in which a higher degree of clean air is required. The Multi-Pleat XL8 is available in standard and high capacity versions.
Multi-Pleat XL11 – MERV 11 Extended Surface Pleated Panel Filters
The Koch Multi-Pleat XL11 is a medium efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter, engineered to provide higher initial efficiencies and better overall performance than standard pleated filters.

LC Rigid
High Efficiency Extended Surface Air Filter
The Koch LC Rigid Filter is a high efficiency, extended surface air filter designed for use in light-to-moderate commercial and industrial applications. The LC Rigid Filter is constructed with a sturdy steel external frame. The media pack, composed of graded density microfiberglass paper and safe-edge aluminum separators, contains slightly less media than the Koch Multi-Cell. This reduced media area makes the LC Rigid an ideal product for systems in which a rigid configuration is preferred, yet initial purchase price is of paramount concern. LC Rigid Filters are presently used in a wide range of application such as variable-air-volume (VAV) and high humidity environments. The filter is offered in three face sizes and two efficiency ranges (90-95% and 60-65%). Three header configurations are available, FM Single Header, SBM Double Header, and NHM No Header.
Multi-Cell Compact Size
Multi-Cell CS Filters are rigid, extended surface panel filters designed to provide high efficiency filtration in a compact, space-saving 2″ or 4″ deep frame. Multi-Cell CS Filters can be used in any air filter application, and are especially useful for upgrading the efficiency of filtration systems which presently have limited room for expansion or modification and in high temperature applications. The compact 2″ or 4″ depth enables to user to upgrade from standard pleated filters or other 2″ and 4″ low efficiency filters with no modification of the frames or housings.
